How Mirayi Sdn Bhd (“Mirayi”, “we”) handles personal information on www.mirayi.my.
Last updated: 18 October 2026. This is a plain-language policy for a business website. Please have it reviewed by your legal adviser if needed.
Who we are
Mirayi Sdn Bhd is a 3D animation and IP development studio in Selangor, Malaysia. You can reach us at jin@mirayi.my or +6016-3315287.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you use the contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, Lark or WeChat, we receive what you write: usually your name, company, email address and project details.
- Job applications. Applications go through a Google Form linked from our Join us page. The form is run by Google; we use what you submit only to consider your application.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic browser details to deliver pages and protect the site.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies on this website.
What the website stores in your browser
If you use the language switch, your browser keeps one small setting (your language choice) so that we do not redirect you again. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and manage the project that may follow.
- To consider job applications.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else sees it
- Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare.
- Fonts: English pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. The Chinese, Korean and Japanese pages use your device's own fonts and do not.
- Contact form service: if a form service is connected, your message passes through it on its way to our inbox.
- Videos: works link out to YouTube or other video sites. Their own policies apply once you follow the link.
- Our team and project partners, when needed to deal with your enquiry.
Some of these providers are outside Malaysia, so information may be processed in other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for the time our accounting and legal obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jin@mirayi.my. We handle personal information in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
